Profile: Rockyk

A little disabled, stable retirement income but not wealthy. Some disability due to a rare condition called Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia, with neuropathy. It's a slow, treatable but incurable cancer. It affects my legs, a little in my hands and arms too. I can walk much better now!, improved with treatments recently and rarely use a wheelchair now.Galing ako.lol. I like music (karaoke etc.)and swimming. :)I also enjoy fishing. Still enjoy a bit of sport; swimming, kayaking, cycling. I do what I can. Like to sail but only have a sailing dinghy at preseent. I am not religious. You might call me a devout heathen! Lol. I will respect your belief if you will respect my none-belief.
Completed 10 months of chemo in March 2023 which helped the neuropathy. :). Update 1 June 2024. On new treatment now ;Rituximab every 2 months + daily Zanubrutinib. Much improved walking & strength recently!

I survived covid19 in February and generally healthy at present!
Ideally I'd like to meet someone able to come visit or join me in France as it would be difficult for me to travel to Philippines given my disability now...though not impossible! I'm unlikely to answer you if you haven't at least completed your profile.
